Why He Was Born To Do It ......
Already out with his platinum album Born To Do It, this 19 year old has achieved what most teenagers have yet to accomplish or begin. He was born in Southampton in 1981, were he was inspired by artists like Donnelll Jones, and R. Kelly.
Craig then started to do undergrounds radio at the age of 14 and met Mark Hill, member of Artful Dodger. Craig later released his first track with the Artful Dodger called Re-Rewind. Later he recorded his own version of the Human League's Human. Craig would later releases his first number one single Fill Me In. Hitting the success with 7 days. Obviously this is one hot new artist here to stay. He has already set his eyes on taking America over with his great voice.
So far Craig has been living like a roller coaster ride. He has already began taking over America and released his first US single Fill Me In, which set the fire to the R&B scene and brought the sounds of Two Step. He re-recorded the video to make it more new.
He released his album on July 17th and it rocketed to number 11 on the Billboard charts and is continuing to go up. It contained a hot track that was previously unreleased in Europe called Key To My Heart. The track was blazing and later released in the UK. Craig received a lot of love from American fans.
He gained a new fan appeal and made appearances on MTV, BET, and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno making his fan-base broader than ever. Craig David has proven to be born to do it in a nation of growing fans. His career is barely beginning and expanding day by day. His new single is 7 Days.
